1969 Mach 1 System upgrade
This Ford Mustang Mach 1 came to us with an existing system not meant for the this calibre of vehicle and badly needed upgrading.
We started with a Kenwood KDCX7100DAB single din radio with new custom mounting to replace the poorly cut factory dash which housed a Jensen radio. Signal is then sent to a JL Audio RD900.5 5channel amplifier powering a set of Hertz Cento 5inch 2 ways in the factory door locations and a set of Hertz Cento 6x9s in the rear to replace the existing Sony speakers.
in the trunk we built a custom enclosure to house a Kicker L7T104 10inch square subwoofer and to mount the JL Audio 5ch amplifier.
This Ford Mustang Mach 1 now has a audio system with some serious kick behind it.
