This stunning design of our new Pioneer SPHEVO98DAB supports an impressive 9″ WSVGA (1,024 x 600 pixel) capacitive screen with capacitive keys incorporated, including our new “Direct” key to quickly access the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto GUI. The inclusion of convenient hard keys on top for volume and mute control also helps make life that little easier. Thanks to our highly successful “Floating/Separable” screen design, you have the ability to mount the unit in a wide selection of positions to ensure the perfect look for your vehicle. Also supporting our “Light and Dark” GUI options and new high proximity panel construction, helps to ensure not just the best picture quality but also a wide viewing angle is achieved. The new Pioneer GUI also supports customizable shortcut keys allowing quick access to key functions of the unit.

It’s not just about looks either! With professional engineering, we closely examined the key audio components to ensure premium sound quality was achieved. Additionally, the inclusion of our “Advanced Sound Retriever” feature ensures improved quality of compressed audio playback.

DUAL REVERSE CAMERA INPUTS

Reversing can be a stressful experience. The dual camera inputs allow you to connect a reverse camera as well an optional camera for improved safety (visibility of hazards) and peace of mind. Particularly helpful when parking your vehicle or towing.

2 x PHONE FULL-TIME BLUETOOTH CONNECTION*

You can now simultaneously connect and control 2 x smartphones via Bluetooth. The auto connection function automatically pairs the two phone so incoming calls can be picked up by either of the paired phones. No more having to pair and un-pair devices. Bluetooth Audio Streaming (A2DP, AVRCP 1.6) makes it possible to display information embedded in songs.

“FLOATING/SEPARABLE” DISPLAY

The design of the PIONEER SPHEVO98DAB structure is unique, combining a universal 1-DIN size chassis with a large 9-inch display that can be configured for installation either as a floating mount type applicable to most vehicles¹ or as an in-dash flush mount type in specific compatible vehicles².  When installed as a floating mount type, the screen offers horizontal, vertical and tilt adjustability to ensure the best fit and usability in the vehicle’s dash*.

IDATALINK MAESTRO COMPATIBLE

Keep your factory features and expand your level of in-vehicle connectivity with Pioneer receivers and iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 integration interface. When your PIONEER SPHEVO98DAB receiver is installed in a compatible vehicle using the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 integration interface# (sold separately), you’ll be able to enjoy the performance and features of the SPH-EVO98DAB receiver plus touchscreen control over key factory audio features.

The SPH-EVO107DAB supports factory functions via the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 integration interface including, Steering Wheel Controls, Media Player (including the factory AUX-in and USB ports), Hands-Free Telephone, Voice Commands, Secondary Display Support, Visual parking assistance, HVAC 1 or 2 compatible, Multi-camera control*……and more!
